You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain high standards and deliver a memorable dining experience in a sophisticated environment.

Responsibilities :
Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, staff coordination, and exceptional service standards.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
Ensure that all guests receive excellent service by managing the floor and addressing any service issues promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and service, aligning with the restaurant’s vision.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow, optimizing the dining experience for all guests.
Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving revenue goals while ensuring an upscale guest experience.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist with scheduling and staffing, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
Participate in hiring, training, and developing staff to uphold service excellence.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in fine dining restaurant management or upscale hospitality.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service.
Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine, and food pairing is a plus.
Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
