Fulfillment Specialist

We’re looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in a truly vital role.

The Fulfillment Specialist is a hybrid role at Metabolic Meals that gives our associates flexibility with two positions rolled into one.

The successful candidate will be passionate about working safely, accurately and efficiently. The Food Pack / Fulfillment Specialist will assemble, measure, package freshly prepared meals, as well as pick and pull customer orders.

In this role you will be responsible for the cleanliness of workstations and facility, quality of product and working in a safe manner.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Measure / weigh out ingredients based on meal specifications
• Containerize all fresh pre-made food and ingredients
• Follow all safety, food safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) protocols
• Work hands-on with high quality food, packaging it for Direct to Consumer
• Assist with production line in a variety of capacities
• Monitor and report job status to supervisor on regular basis
• Ability to fill out production documentation
• Accurately pick and pack customers’ orders
• Ensure timely product production, shipping and delivery to customers
• Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications
• Maintains lines and production areas in an organized, clean, and orderly state.
• Effectively communicate inconsistencies / issues relating to safety, quality, personnel, equipment, and / or raw / finished goods to appropriate management
• Knowledge of food safety preferred

• Ability to work in temperatures between 38-40 degrees (coveralls are provided)
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds from the ground
• HEP A shot record required after 2 weeks of hire

Candidate must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Shifts : Monday : 11 AM - close (7 PM-8 PM), Tuesday : 7 am - 4 PM, Wednesday & Wednesday : 9 am - 5 : 30 PM Friday : 11 : 30 AM- close (7 PM -8 PM)
