- Greet and assist customers in a friendly andprofessional manner.
- Answer incoming customerinquiries via phone email and chat.
- Provideaccurate information about products services and companypolicies.
- Handle customer complaints provideappropriate solutions and follow up to ensureresolution.
- Maintain customer records byupdating account information.
- Collaborate withteam members and other departments to resolve customerissues.
- Identify and escalate priority issuesto the appropriate supervisor or manager.
- Stayuptodate with product knowledge and company updates to provideaccurate assistance.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; collegedegree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Strong problemsolvingabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability tomultitask and manage time effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Proficiency in using computersand basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office email).
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt tonew challenges.
