Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including coordination with vendors, managing event timelines, and overseeing event logistics.
• Help with guest registration, check-in, and seating arrangements.
• Support the Events Coordinator in sourcing and negotiating contracts with venues and suppliers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
• Assist in budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
• Provide onsite support during events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Knowledge of current event trends and industry best practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
