Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 8 years of corporate experience, with significant exposure to capital markets or bank lending transactions, acquisition finance, and related commitment processes.
Requirements :
- 8+ years of relevant corporate experience
- Expertise in capital markets and / or bank lending
- Strong academic background
- Admitted to the New York Bar
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
