JOB DESCRIPTION
Sr ITAnalyst for Honeywell International, Inc. (Atlanta, GA)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for the integrations of the platform with other systems, collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless dataflow.
Daily review of User issues, first and second level support, including ad-hoc fixing of issues.
Customize, develop, and optimize Salesforce application by working closely with business owners, salesforce architects and members of the development team.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and engage contractors or external development teams as needed to execute the Salesforce project.
Oversee the vendor selection process and contract negotiations.
Act as the point of contact and owner of the project, responsible for its overall success.
Monitor progress and adherence to project timelines and objectives.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
Develop contingency plans as necessary.
Ensure the delivered Salesforce solutions meet the established quality standards and business requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and validation.
