Asa Practice Manager you will oversee the daily operations of ahealthcare practice ensuring the delivery of highquality patientcare while maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Yourleadership will be essential in managing staff optimizing workflowsand enhancing the patientexperience.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Managethe operational aspects of the practice including schedulingpatient flow and resourceallocation.
- Developand implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency andensure compliance with healthcareregulations.
- Superviseand support staff including hiring training and performanceevaluations to promote a collaborative workenvironment.
- Monitorfinancial performance including budgeting billing and reimbursementprocesses to ensure financialviability.
- Fosterpositive relationships with patients addressing concerns andenhancing the overall patientexperience.
- Coordinatewith healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication andpatient caredelivery.
- Maintainaccurate and confidential patient records and ensure compliancewith privacyregulations.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Health Administration Business Administration or arelated field; Master s degreepreferred.
- Previousexperience in healthcare management with at least two years in apractice managementrole.
- Strongknowledge of healthcare operations billing practices and regulatoryrequirements.
- Excellentleadership organizational and communicationskills.
- Proficientin practice management software and electronic health record (EHR)system.
- Commitmentto providing exceptional patientcenteredcare.
