What you'll be doing

We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our HR technology ecosystem.

This critical leadership role is responsible for leveraging technology to streamline HR processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning :
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR technology roadmap aligned with the organization’s strategic HR and business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging HR technology trends and identify opportunities to leverage innovative solutions.
  • Partner with GTS and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with existing technology infrastructure.
  • System Implementation and Management :
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of all HR technology systems, including but not limited to :
  • Core HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Performance Management System
  • Compensation and Benefits Platforms
  • Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and negotiate contracts.
  • Data Management, Security and Compliance :
  • Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures for HR data.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all HR systems.
  • Establish security standards for HR information, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Oversee year-end SoX audit responsibilities (Internal and External for HR systems).
  • Process Improvement and Automation :
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes using technology solutions.
  • Implement and manage HR technology projects to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Team Leadership :
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR technology professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

What we're looking for

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR technology leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR technology strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS Workday systems, talent acquisition technologies, and other relevant HR applications.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
