Job DescriptionMediatek is looking for experienced engineer to work on mixed-signal design modeling engineer. You will work with analog designer and design specification owner to model complex custom circuit to verify system-level functionality.
It’s an important task not only in identifying potential design issues but also providing insights in potential design optimization opportunities.
This role requires you work across multiple teams to generate meaningful modelling of proper behavior abstraction to allow reasonable simulation performance.
This gives you the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art processor technologies for using latest generation of mobile 5G-SoC.
LI-NOPOSTRequirement
- Good knowledge in analog circuit operation principles including ADC / OpAmp / BandGap / LDO designs
- Strong knowledge in RTL or behavioral Verilog and ability to re-write code for modelling purpose
- Strong knowledge digital circuit operation including FF / clock gate / data path designs.
- Experience in system modelling using MATLAB or programming language
- Experience in Spice or AMS simulation flow a plus
- Knowledge of transistor behavior and silicon behavior of modern FinFET process.
- 5 10 yr experience in mixed signal system modeling domain or proof of ability in this domain
- M.S. Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering
