Position : TTH Customer Service Support Representative
Pay : $17 / hr. + Benefits
Location : Onsite in Reno, NV 89511
Shift : Monday-Friday 9am start (8 hour shift)
Must live in or near Reno, NV 89511
Must be vaccinated for Covid 19 to work at location
Job Duties :
- Answer inbound calls making appointments scheduling vehicles shipping to and from Hawaii.
- Will interact with a lot of military families on the calls.
- Offer a white glove experience.
- Show empathy and be able to problem solve issues.
Requirements :
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of recent call center or office experience (financial, banking, etc.)
- Call Center Logistic Operations experience a big plus
- Must be vaccinated for Covid 19 to work at location
- Must be friendly, speak well, and communicate well via email and on the phone
- Must have Excel experience and used it in their previous position / positions
- Must be able to multi-task and navigate through screens
- Must commit to no time off the first 90 days
- Must be able to commute to Reno, NV 89511 daily (No more than 40 mins of facility)
