How you'll make an impact :
Automotive partnership lead that will drive the SiriusXM product and service offering and customer adoption for assigned OEM (automotive) partners.
Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance the business support necessary to achieve continued success of SiriusXM as an automotive feature.
What you'll do :
- Lead activities to ensure execution of contractual obligations by Sirius XM and the OEM partners
- Drive the overall growth of the Sirius XM / OEM Partnerships
- Assist in development of vehicle install plans and subscriber forecasts
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key decision makers at the OEM partners.
- Identify and coordinate the development of key processes and systems required to support daily business activities with the OEM partners.
- Ensure inclusion of Sirius XM services at vehicle sales and delivery
- In conjunction with OEM Marketing :
- Coordinate OEM training support at all levels, corporate and dealer
- Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns
- Coordinate the development and implementation of POS material
- Coordinate efforts for auto shows, dealer events and other related OEM marketing efforts
- Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs and efforts to drive stronger conversion and retention.
- Work in conjunction with SXM engineering team to promote and encourage adoption of latest Sirius XM features, services and hardware
- Provide regular feedback on OEM status to appropriate management at Sirius XM
- Program development
- Budget tracking
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need :
- Bachelors of Art / Science or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of demonstrated achievement in either an automotive OEM, tier one auto supplier or automotive OEM agency
- 5+ years of supervisory experience and leading members of other internal groups to achieve stated objectives.
- Experience with project management, business planning and accounting
- Good public speaking and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
- Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
- Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
- Creative writing ability.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel is required (domestic and international), and weekly travel by car to the OEM partners.
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
