Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop an analytics team to produce actionable insights for business functions
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish business requirements and manage analytics strategy execution
Present analytical results to leadership and support the development of quality controls and standards
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance, or Economics; advanced degree preferred
6+ years of experience in data & analytics, with 3+ years in PBM, healthcare, or Medicare
Experience with pharmacy and / or medical claims data
Expertise in SQL, data analysis, data visualization, and proficiency in Python or R
History of leading high-performing teams and executing analytics strategies
