Proposal Coordinator

About The Role Brighton Health Plan Solutions has an exciting opportunity to join our growing RFP and Proposals team. We are seeking a highly organized Proposal Coordinator to assist us in managing proposal content and preparing quality proposals and pre-sale deliverables across our vast product portfolio.

The Proposal Coordinator candidate should have exceptional project management and administrative skills, a keen attention for detail, a commitment to producing high quality materials and the ability to handle multiple projects both collaboratively and independently.

Primary Responsibilities Works closely with Proposal team members on coordination and administrative components of RFPs and proposals for a broad spectrum of health plan and TPA-related products and offerings Leads the content management strategy for Proposal team Manages RFP content in our Qvidian knowledge database, which includes adding new content regularly, coding / organizing content and vetting content with subject matter experts on a semi-annual basis Ensures the RFP database is accurate, comprehensive and does not include redundant data Analyzes the database responses and looks for opportunities to streamline content for more effective searches by team members Categorizes, organizes and maintains a library of RFP attachments and team bios Assists in pre-population of RFP questionnaires using the proposal database and other resources Coordinates requests for new and updated information for RFPs from subject matter experts Maintains proposal templates Formats RFP documents and forms using defined Word and Adobe templates Manages the completion of legal forms for public sector bids with Legal, HR and Finance department leads Assists in the production of final proposals, including electronic PDF submissions and printing, when required Formats and makes updates to PowerPoint slides and PDF documents Assists in scheduling RFP kick-off meetings and other meetings as requested Participates in team projects and performs other duties as assigned Ensures that proposal materials submitted are of the highest quality and are submitted in a timely manner Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Health plan, TPA or related experience 2+ years of professional experience in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment Experience with Qvidian or a similar RFP database platform preferred Previous writing and editing experience preferred Excellent proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe and formatting skills Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Accountability to learn, understand and develop expertise on a diverse portfolio of products Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work with all levels of staff, including senior management Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude Action oriented and commitment to delivering high-quality work Superior attention to detail, quality and deadlines Superb time management and organizational skills Flexibility to work extra hours when required for time-sensitive projects About At Brighton Health Plan Solutions, LLC, our people are committed to the improvement of how healthcare is accessed and delivered.
