Accountant
ACCOUNTANT OPPORTUNITY WITH GROWING SERVICE FIRM
- Our client is a stable, well- established professional services firm located in Fairfield, NJ
- They service Businesses in the hospitality space
- This position is fully on site, Monday through Friday
- In existence over 50 years, the company prides itself on employee retention, competitive compensation and a fun company culture.
- The client is targeting someone with established hands-on collections experience
Responsibilities of the Accountant :
- Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable activities
- Assisting the controller with Month end close activities, including reconciliations
- Collections and following up on past due invoices
- Assisting with the Audit process
Experience Preferred :
- 2+ years experience
- Experience in large or well-established service or HVAC Industry a major plus!
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
