The Program Manager is an integral part of the engineering and development team and will be responsible for driving a broad range of oversight, tracking, and management goals.
Description
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineering Project Managers, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to establish and track platform roadmaps and program schedule and risks
- Communicate requirements to internal and external partners and drive them to closure
- Provide proactive, clear input to the project teams on schedules, issues, and deliverables
- Consolidate cross-functional inputs into executive reviews highlighting risks and opportunities
- Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technology R&D, 10+ years of product planning and development, ideally with multiple delivered products in a medium to high volume industry
- Proven track record of managing complex hardware and software product schedules
- Experience in project planning and risk mitigation
- Self-motivated learner with the ability to generate creative solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills
- Strong technical background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills
- Extraordinary leadership with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and business-related organizations
Education
- Bachelors or higher degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical field.
