Senior NetSuite Architect

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and Design NetSuite Solutions : Define and design solutions that align with business needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and flexibility.
• Business Process Analysis : Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and map business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement or automation using NetSuite.
• Customization and Configuration : Lead the customization and configuration of NetSuite ERP and related modules to meet specific business needs (e.

g., SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, etc.).

• Integration : Architect and oversee integrations with third-party applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized performance.
• Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, customization, and data management are followed.
• System Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing proactive solutions.
• Documentation and Training : Create detailed documentation of system architecture, workflows, and customizations. Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
• Upgrades and Enhancements : Manage NetSuite upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to the business.
• Compliance and Security : Ensure the NetSuite system is compliant with industry standards and best practices for data security and privacy.

Key Requirements :

• Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with NetSuite, with at least 3 years in a NetSuite Architect or similar role.
• Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency in NetSuite ERP, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and related NetSuite tools.

Experience with integrations and API management.

• Industry Knowledge : Experience with ERP implementation in industries such as manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or services is highly preferred.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex system issues and business requirements.
• Communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications : NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer) are preferred.
