Job Responsibilities :
- Create compelling visual content for various marketing channels, including print, web, and social media
- Develop brand identities, logos, and style guides for diverse clients
- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and billboards
- Craft engaging digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and online ads
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all media
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies

Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design
- 3+ years of experience
- Real Estate experience required
- Experience with web design and responsive layouts
- Familiarity with HTML / CSS is a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience working with stakeholders REQUIRED
