Our Cordella Heart Failure System (CHFS) includes proactive management tools for best practice care and detection of worsening heart failure.

These easy-to-use tools improve patient quality of life and help to reduce hospital admissions thereby reducing health care costs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Senior Sales Operations Manager will provide sales operations leadership within the sales organization. This role will be responsible for providing key sales and commercial insights to both the sales and cross functional leaders.

This role will also be responsible for contract and pricing analysis, compensation plan administration and governance, and will work with various departments to increase operational efficiency.

This role will liaise between departments including Finance, the Endotronix Field Team including Sales and Clinical Specialists, Operations / Manufacturing, Finance and Marketing.

The Senior Sales Operations Manager is responsible for four key areas of support including sales analytics and report development, compensation planning and quota setting, pricing and contracting support, and field level support to help achieve revenue goals.

They will be a key contributor to the success of our sales team and will have a thorough understanding of sales processes and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep analysis to help define priorities that impact Endotronix’s engagement with customers and future opportunities.

Candidates must have the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to new strategies and requests.

  • Provide analytical trends and ad hoc report development to the field to support sales goals including building up the sales forecast from Area Sales Managers.
  • Responsible for field alignments and working closely with sales leadership on field deployment including Map Development.
  • Work closely with the finance team on Commercial CRM development to track customers as they move through the funnel.
  • Work with Senior Vice President of Sales and Commercial and Senior Director of Sales Operations to set up Incentive Comp Plans and work cross functionally on plan governance, messaging, quotas, and comp administration.
  • Support Sales & Revenue Goals : Work with regional sales teams to track monthly & quarterly progress and identify / flag major roadblocks regarding forecast and revenue to Senior Vice President Sales and Commercial and Senior Director of Sales Operations.
  • Work cross functional with sales and legal teams on customer contracts including redlines, pricing exhibits, and Commercial Contract Negotiations.
  • Work closely with finance and accounting on rebate administration and quarterly calculations.
  • Collaborate with supply organization to assess inventory requirements / fulfillment.
  • Streamline and optimize the sales process by selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools.
  • Manage CRM data via Salesforce.
  • Be a key contributor toward sales forecasting in collaborating with sales leadership to develop organizational goals.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 10+ years relevant work experience in Sales Operations, preferably in the healthcare industry with a customer-facing setting
  • Strong analytical capability of Microsoft products with emphasis in Excel
  • Experience with an ERP system and demonstrated working experience in a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM Salesforce)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and constructively work with feedback.

EDUCATION

BS / BA degree in a relevant field of study such as Business Administration
