Job Description :
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer proficient in both front end and back end technologies, with a primary focus on Node.
js and Vue.js. The ideal candidate will have experience with migration projects, particularly transitioning from one UI framework to another.
This role will involve an 80 : 20 split between front end and back end development tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable Node.js applications.
- Design and implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Vue.js.
- Lead the migration effort from one UI framework to another, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write unit tests using JEST and end-to-end tests using Cypress and ViTest to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Manage version control and collaboration using Git / Github.
- Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development, and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Requirements :
- Proficiency in both front end (Vue.js, React, Angular) and back end (Node.js) development.
- Hands-on experience with migration projects, including transitioning between UI frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JEST.
- Familiarity with end-to-end testing tools like Cypress and ViTest.
- Solid understanding of version control systems, preferably Git / Github.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience with Vue.js is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with other front end frameworks such as React and Angular.
- Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
