Role Overview :
As Captain / PIC , you will be responsible for safe and efficient FAR Part 91 operations on assigned flights. You will ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and our company’s Flight Operations Manual, while delivering an exceptional customer service experience for our clients and passengers.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) , ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Oversee aircraft maintenance, insurance renewals, and annual inspections.
- Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections to maintain safety and service standards.
- Report flight details and aircraft updates to the Principal and their agent.
- Provide outstanding customer service to principals, passengers, and guests.
- Coordinate passenger logistics, including transfers, refueling, customs, and catering.
- Maintain the aircraft interior and in-flight amenities.
- Prepare and file flight plans, factoring in altitude, terrain, and weather.
- Adhere strictly to FAA regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain pilot currency and professionalism for assigned aircraft.
- Uphold our company’s values, vision, and mission in all activities.
- Perform additional duties as needed with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3,000 flight hours .
- Current FAA First or Second-Class Medical Certificate .
- Prior experience flying Challenger 605 .
- Preferred experience with Hawker 800 and King Air .
- 2,000 hours as PIC .
- Strong knowledge of FAA rules and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
