This employee will perform system analyst assignments, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementing, documenting and maintenance of complex client server and web-based applications.
This position is responsible for providing technical support for COTS (Custom Off the Shelf) packages. This employee may also troubleshoot and manage applications using the following tools : Linux OS, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications, Visual Basic Scripting, Web Services, Power Apps, SharePoint, other software as required.
This position will be maintaining applications and should have experience with Application and Network support. Prior experience with Customer Service, and Linux OS.
