Registered Nurse (RN), 7500 Bonus

Redeemer Health Care Center, a 5-star rated, 119-bed senior care campus in Uptown, is hiring Full & Part-Time, Day Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team.

In addition to our generous benefits, we're offering up to a $7,500 Bonus and we have NEW increased wages of $36.25 to $42.07 / hour!

We are conveniently located on the bus line for an easy commute and offer off-street parking as well as a Metropass, a discounted bus pass, for you to use! We offer a great work / life balance!

There are Full & Part-Time , benefit eligiblepositions available working 8 hour shifts.

Shifts : Days (6 : 30am to 3 : 00pm), Eve (2 : 30pm to 11 : 00pm)

Full-Time is eligible for a $7,500 Bonus

Part-Time is eligible for a $3,500 Bonus.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities :

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care plans for residents.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric syndromes common to aging adults : cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, neurological, sensory and pain problems.
• Supervises work performed by LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Aides
• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administers medications and / or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness / response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Registered Nurse (RN) Skills and Requirements :

• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license required.
• CPR certified preferred or willing to get
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
