Job Description
- Manage sales metrics such as calls, appointments, tours, closing sales (deposits), and move-ins.
- Secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the resident move-in process.
- Conduct virtual and in-person tours of the community for professionals and community influencers.
- Plan and host special events for both prospects and referral sources.
- Report on sales, marketing and occupancy activity as well as maintaining an up-to-date CRM database.
The Most Successful Candidate Will Have
- College degree in related field from an accredited college or university.
- 3 or more years of successful experience in leasing and sales.
- Demonstrated traits of accountability, meeting high expectations, confidence, goal-orientation, and a desire to succeed.
- Sales skills including persuasiveness, customer service, active listening, and adherence to the company’s sales systems.
- Strong English language written and verbal communication skills, with the expectation to conduct a predetermined number of outbound sales calls each day.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with a CRM.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a car, ability to do outreach appointments.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 Annual
