The role is based at our Union Grove, WI facility, one of our core production sites, and will support multiple locations, including Union Grove, WI;

Alvarado, TX and Casa Grande, AZ. The focus of the role is to assess, coach and support the business as we scale and evolve in a diverse range of assignments including benefits, systems, training, performance management, employee relations, and other special projects.

This position requires a high degree of safety, accuracy and productivity as well as one year of pervious shipping, receiving, warehouse and / or parts driving experience.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdhere to the established process for daily shipping and receiving of all incoming and outbound freight.

Verify product received matches packing slip and / or purchase order and receive in system.Load or unload materials manually or with a forklift, on or off pallets, platforms, skids, or lifting devices.

Replenish shelves with incoming stock orders.Perform parts runs between locations, in company vehicle to pick up and / or deliver parts as needed.

Pull and package items for local and out of town deliveries.Assist with year-end physical inventory.Responsible for keeping warehouse organized and clean.

Deliver parts to local and out of town retail customers.Required Skills and QualificationsMust have a valid drivers license (Missouri Class E or equivalent)Previous parts or warehouse experienceExperience with an inventory management systemDemonstrated strong work ethic and strict attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy of work.

Knowledge of heavy and light duty trucks and equipment preferred.High school diploma or the equivalentValid driver's licenseMust have a strong attendance record.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and audiogram.Proficient on a computer and possess the ability to learn new programs quickly.

Must be able to use Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).Must be able to work independently and create innovative solutions to problems with minimal direction from supervisors.

Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Working ConditionsAble to work as scheduled with punctual attendance, regularly scheduled day is 8 hours with a start time possible between 5 : 00 am & 7 : 00 am, Monday-Friday plus any additional hours / days necessary in order to meet business demands.

Majority of work performed in a shop and outside.Safety shoes are required, safety glasses may be required for some tasks.

May be exposed to bright lights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas and / or fumes.Ability to use carts, forklifts, hand truck, pallet jack, overhead jobs, and cranesPhysical RequirementsAbility to see things in close proximity whether through natural or corrected vision.
