Account Manager Position Overview A leading payroll solutions provider is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join their Client Success team.
In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.
Primary Responsibilities Develop and nurture long-lasting client relationships within your assigned portfolio. Serve as the main point of contact, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges. Quickly address and resolve any client issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to offer additional services and grow client accounts. Keep clients informed of product enhancements, updates, and industry trends to support their ongoing success.
Qualifications Proven experience in account management, client relations, sales, customer success, or related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, client-first approach. Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
