Human Resources Director

About ANNA - Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement : ANNA is a comprehensive autism care provider delivering naturalistic ABA services in the gold standard of compassionate, evidence-based care, known as Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) for children ages 1 - 6.

ANNA is dedicated to advancing care for individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Located in the heart of Sudbury, just outside of Boston, ANNA is at the forefront of delivering exceptional care in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based services for autistic children and families through excellence in clinical training and supervision, multi-disciplinary assessment and collaborative goal setting, compassionate family-centered practice, and customized programs using fun, naturalistic teaching approaches to support each child’s unique strengths and needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other clinical / non-clinical roles.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute hiring strategies, building talent pipelines for future growth.
  • Oversee candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Create, manage, and maintain employee records (new hires, terminations, status changes).
  • Assist with developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and conferences.
  • Lead HR administrative functions, including benefits administration, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.
  • Support ongoing employee development through training, counseling, and recognition programs.
  • Responsible for attending school career fairs and annual conferences as needed.
  • Advise management on organizational change, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Perform audits of employee files and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements (background checks, medical clearances, etc.).
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
