Your Role
The Employee who holds this position is responsible for the implementation, support & monitoring of KN HealthChain within their sphere of responsibility and coordination of all aspects of import shipments / handling, including but not limited to the following key interfaces and job requirements.
In conjunction with QSHE he / she is to ensure that compliance to the current KN GXP standards is maintained.
Your Responsibilities
- Overseeing the healthcare customer care daily operations for import or export
- Responsible for the implementation, support & monitoring of Kuehne-Nagel Healthcare within their sphere of responsibility
- Keep up to date with Kuehne-Nagel global and country specific GXP standards and requirements.
- Implement / maintain safety, security, quality, housekeeping and sanitation programs, as applicable.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to healthcare customers.
- Crosstrain within air logistics department and assist other team members.
- Reporting to the Air Logistics Customer Care Manager
- Schedule : Monday-Friday 9-6pm and on call based on business needs
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ Air logistics experience for a 3pl, healthcare preferred
