We are currently looking for a passionate RegisteredDietitian to be a part of our growing team for a hybrid position inthe area.

Schedule : Flexible schedule with the option for two 10 hr shifts and theremaining hours remotely viatelehealth.
Hybridremoteoption : approximately 30% of the hours can be completed remotelyviatelehealth.
Compensation : $32.00$40.00 per hourDOE.
CommuteCompensation : $32.00$40.00 perhour.
AssignmentDuration : 13 weeks with potential forrenewal.
Atleast 1 year of clinical experience ispreferred.

Responsibilities :
- Coordinatenutritional care of residents and patients by completingnutritional assessments
- Providemedical nutrition therapy for wound healing weight managementetc.
- Experience working with tubefeedings
- Provide nutritionalcounseling and education for residents andfamily
- Meet DOH / state / federalregulations and companystandards
- Perform dutiesindependently without training ordirection
Requirements : Candidates must be registered by theCommission on DieteticRegistration
- Experienceproviding general nutrition education (IE weight loss weightgain)
- Strong oral and writtencommunication skills
- Experience withelectronic chartingsystems
- Familiarity with statesurvey process and compliance to nutrition careregulations

Requirements
Bachelors degree with major studies in food and nutrition. Currentstate licensure / certification, if required by state. Currentregistration by the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
One (1)year of work experience in a facility setting with clinicalresponsibilities or equivalent.
