What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Drive new business to achieve assigned annual revenue quota as an individual contributor
  • Identify and prioritize target health plans, understanding their needs and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within health plans
  • Maintain internal reporting and documentation requirements in Salesforce.com and other areas
  • Generate new opportunities through direct outreach and events

What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales-related roles, including new business and pipeline development
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payer sales
  • Minimum 3 years of experience negotiating term sheets with payers and / or enterprises
  • Proven experience in building a territory pipeline
  • Strong understanding of Value (ROI) and Solution Selling

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Prior payer sales experience in the digital healthcare space
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce.com, Loopio, Demand-Base, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
