Travel is required. Key Responsibilities : Weekend Operations : Supervise Customer Experience, resolve escalated issues, and ensure quality service.
Corporate Client Management : Build relationships, oversee project execution, evaluate bids, and protect drivers from scope creep.
Daily Huddles : Participate in morning meetings and lead weekend sessions. Travel : Manage operations across Texas. Qualifications : Experience in hospitality or customer service with leadership skills.
Strong organizational and communication abilities. Team-leading capability in a fast-paced environment; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
