Manager In Training Role - Salaried Position

Manager in Training is responsible with helping Branch Manager in day-to-day operations. The position works closely with the Branch Manager in preparing and organizing the completion of daily work.
Manager in Training must have excellent management skills such as problem solving, communication, leadership, time management and team building.
Every task contributes towards the overall goal of delivering a great service to our customers, by a well-trained staff of lawn technicians in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Manage a team of service technicians who Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers and quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services
- Ensures a safe workplace is provided for all employees by ongoing training and adherence to company policies
- Effectively coach, train and develop future leaders within department
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly tracking of all goals established
- Conduct Performance Reviews
- Effectively partner with your peers as a resource to help in their goal achievements
- Conduct Daily and Weekly Production department meetings
- Conduct Pre / Post trip vehicle inspections
Desired Skills :
- Excellent leadership skills in team building, selecting talent, training, mentoring, executing goals and developing future leaders
- Excellent time management skills
- Practical knowledge of lawn service industry and experience in developing and executing production plans
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of leadership and with front line staff
- Ability to have difficult conversations
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications

Pay : $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
