Responsibilities : Cultivate a strong, engaged, and empowered teamMaintain and foster clinical excellenceSupport the district’s business performance, in collaboration with operations leadershipLead the office medical directors in delivering on patient promises of outstanding and affordable quality, access, and serviceDesign and manage key operational drivers that make our practice work, including workflow, resource, and performance managementDevelop and execute plans for strategic growth within the marketCollaborate with other district medical directors, departments, and local partners to continuously innovate and improvePartner with the recruiting team to interview, hire, and onboard new providersCultivate an environment that continues to make One Medical an amazing place to workQuarterly travel to Huntsville, AL (3-4 days) Employment type : 40 hours a week You'll be set up for success if you have : Model the traits, knowledge, and skills of a stand-out provider : excellent patient care, and focus on helping other providers excelAbility to inspire and lead, experience in coaching / teachingExcellent clinical and communication skills An interest in using technology to deliver high quality, evidence-based primary care The desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team of clinicians dedicated to changing healthcare deliveryPrevious experience managing and leading a team of cliniciansBC / BE in Family Medicine / Internal MedicineLicensed in Georgia and upon hiring AL.
