Key responsibilities include :
Quotation Preparation : Develop and submit sales quotations, encompassing thermal design, accurate costing, and detailed specification reviews.
Engage in customer research to tailor competitive, relevant solutions.
Customer Engagement : Actively communicate with the customer to clarify specifications and negotiate terms that align with both customer needs and company profitability.
Ensure fabrication feasibility within the quotation scope.
- Pricing & Terms : Assign quotations, apply appropriate cost multipliers, and leverage in-depth knowledge of terms, conditions, and large project negotiations to finalize orders successfully.
- Documentation & Compliance : Track all sales activities in CRM software and adhere to the Tender Review and Approval Process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate effectively with internal teams, attend design verification meetings as needed, and transition projects to the order management team.
- Market & Supplier Insight : Maintain an updated understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and company capabilities.
Source and negotiate pricing and delivery terms with sub-suppliers to secure competitive offerings.
- Forecasting & Planning : Participate in sales forecasting and strategic planning. Ensure positive communication with all organizational levels and external stakeholders.
- Professionalism & Efficiency : Exhibit punctuality, cooperation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and the ability to work on-site are required.
