We are seeking a qualified Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our dynamic team as a Primary Care Behavioral Health Faculty (PCBHF).
As an integral part of our patient-centered medical home, the PCBHF will provide direct care to clinic patients, as referred by physicians, while working closely with the treatment team to promote patient health outcomes.
Additionally, the PCBHF will be responsible for the development and provision of behavioral health curriculum for family medicine residents, as well as collaborating with other clinical team members and health students.
