We are looking for an experienced Counselor Assistant to support the clinical and operational needs of our facility. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and enhances our positive team culture.
This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Operations to ensure smooth facility administration and uphold our mission of being a premier treatment program offering excellent client care.

Counselor Assistant Requirements
- Experience with Office Management
- Certifications Requirements : CAC or CADC or CASAC
- Bachelor's degree or higher, Master's degree preferred
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- To be highly organized with strong computer literacy
Counselor Assistant Responsibilities
- Oversees administrative functioning of the facility in an organized and professional manner.
- Transporting clients to and from sessions
- Manage and process intakes
- Facilitates support groups
- Maintains financial records and collects patient responsibility
- Enters data into the computer system and maintains its accuracy.
- Participates in Treatment Team Meetings as needed.
- Supervises front office area ensuring area is hazard free and kept orderly
- Maintains office supply stock weekly and submits orders for any supply items running low
- Ensures compliance with Federal, State and local regulations.
- Contacts property management for any maintenance related issues
- Ensures compliance with DCF & Joint Commission requirements.
- Ensures patient confidentiality in compliance with 42CFR, Part 2.
- Mails paid invoices to appropriate party as requested by CFO and / or Financial Controller
- Performs other duties assigned.
Pay : $40,000- $60,000 annually
Schedule : M-F, Full Time
