Compensation :
$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
- Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
- Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Maintain and grow existing partnerships to expand our sales results
- Utilize various marketing platforms to bring exposure to Builders in the area
- Building relationships with sales counselors in the north side of Houston (Hwy 249 and up), through constant visits, lunches, happy hours, and dinners
- Connect builders with our marketing team to execute marketing concepts

- Extremely strong phone skills : Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
