Based out of Syracuse, NY, Housing Visions works throughout Upstate New York and Pennsylvania.
This Maintenance Technician position a Full-Time benefits eligible position with hours being Monday Thursday 7 : 00 am - 4 : 30pm, Friday 7 : 00am-11 : 00am.
The position is located at 1229 Kemble St. in Utica. Must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends. Pay range is $20-$23 / hour.

The Maintenance Technician will perform a wide variety of maintenance tasks to include but not limited to :
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- General building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Housing Visions residential units.
- Occasional night and weekend hours; must take rotating on-call hours.
We are currently hiring Maintenance Technicians for 2 areas in Syracuse :
- North Side-174 units (team of 5)
- East Side-165 units plus the corporate office (team of 5)
- Valid Driver’s License required*
