We are a janitorial company that does residential and commercial cleaning in the greater Portland area. Responding to calls and emails Depositing checks Meeting with customers to provide quotes Driving between different locations Buying tools or products for commercial accounts or workers Core Competencies : Bookkeeping Estimating / Quoting Dependable and proactive What You Need to Have : Excellent customer service 1 year of experience in administrative experience Possess strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills Ability to vet potential employees and review their work Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work with little supervision Experience with QuickBooks Bilingual preferred (Spanish) Experience with invoicing Good driving record
