Today, Wabash Center has grown into a comprehensive service provider for those with disabilities or special needs that is leading the way to supporting individuals in their pursuit of quality of life for them and their families.

As our Program Manager you will directly supervise Supported Living Supervisors to ensure all departmental objectives are met such as, but not limited to : quality service provision, budget adherence, staff training, compliance with all rules and regulations related to documentation and service provision, and essentially oversee all services at Wabash Center's service sites.
Here is what you can do for Wabash Center :
- Provide support to site supervisors who provide individualized attention to individuals we serve
- Prepare and disseminate BDDS incident reports
- Work closely with the Consumer Finance Specialist to ensure individual's eligibility and benefits for Medicaid and Social Security
- Provide support for ARC and burial trusts
- Participate in team meetings designed towards NOA development and needs including Personal Allocation Reviews (PAR) and Budget Modification Requests (BMR)
- Participate in hiring process of Supervisors
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Oversee payroll approval and employee attendance
- Support the review of expense and mileage reports
- Be available for on-call assignments and perform monthly in-home visits and audits
- Provide on-the-job training to Supervisors
- Implementation of ISP's
- Engage in marketing WC services to external entities

Requirements
- BA or BS in Human Services preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience with individuals with special needs
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- At least 1 year of experience in direct support and / or working with intellectual disabilities required
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of insurance and acceptable driving record
