What Youll Do

  • Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, condensers, coils, air handlers, water heaters, package units, etc.)
  • Follow installation checklists and company standards (no shortcuts, ever)
  • Work with a field manager and apprentices to get jobs completed efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with customers and represent M3 professionally onsite
  • Document work performed through job photos and closeout notes

    • What Were Looking For

  • 2+ years HVAC install experience preferred (but well train the right person)
  • EPA certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of electrical, gas, and refrigerant standards
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a small crew
  • Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Someone who takes pride in their craft and cares about doing quality work
