Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator to perform Bookkeeping / Accounting tasks, support Sales and Marketing Departments, and handle other general office duties.
Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties :
- Answer incoming phone calls and distribute mail to employees
- Process incoming invoices, check receivables, and reconcile packing slips with received materials
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management systems
- Arrange UPS, FedEx, or DHL Shipments for small packages and create required documentation
- Administer commission plans for internal Sales associates and external Sales rep groups, support Sales and Marketing
- Create proposals, coordinate trade shows, maintain and create contact database, and website
- Perform payroll, create payable checks, expense checks, invoices, collects, and administer employee benefits
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications :
- Must have a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related experience preferred
- Must have 5 years experience in accounting, financial, and administrative fields
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and Desktop Publishing
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be organized with the ability to pay a high attention to detail
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
