Pharmacy Fulfillment Lead

As the Pharmacy Fulfillment Lead , you will play a crucial role in leading our Fulfillment operational team. Utilize your expertise to assist pharmacy leadership in ensuring our members receive the highest quality products and that our employees are well-trained and compliant with all company, state, and federal guidelines.

Position Location : 6860 W 115th St. Suite 600 Overland Park, KS 66211

Position Schedule : Monday through Thursday from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm and Friday from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm

Primary Responsibilities :

• Oversee pharmacy operations by scheduling and assigning employee tasks, while ensuring effective follow-up on results.
• Assist in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new employees while fostering an environment of growth.
• Lead by example and provide guidance to develop team members as the subject matter expert.
• Monitor team performance and individual contributions to meet and exceed operational expectations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous enhancements.
• Ensure the pharmacy space is efficiently utilized through optimal layout setup.
• Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures for seamless workflow.
• Comply with all warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations.
• Manage stock control and perform reconciliations with data storage systems.
• Coordinate logistics with suppliers and transportation companies.
• Plan work rotations, delegate tasks, and assess results.
• Generate regular reports and statistics on operational performance.
• Maintain all required licenses and training as dictated by company, state, and federal regulations.
• Keep current with necessary certifications to operate fulfillment equipment (forklifts, automation, etc.).
• Act as a trusted resource and leader for the entire team.
• Take on advanced projects as directed by site leadership.

Compensation is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and a 401k contribution. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws.
