As the Pharmacy Fulfillment Lead , you will play a crucial role in leading our Fulfillment operational team. Utilize your expertise to assist pharmacy leadership in ensuring our members receive the highest quality products and that our employees are well-trained and compliant with all company, state, and federal guidelines.
Position Location : 6860 W 115th St. Suite 600 Overland Park, KS 66211
Position Schedule : Monday through Thursday from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm and Friday from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm
Primary Responsibilities :
- Oversee pharmacy operations by scheduling and assigning employee tasks, while ensuring effective follow-up on results.
- Assist in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new employees while fostering an environment of growth.
- Lead by example and provide guidance to develop team members as the subject matter expert.
- Monitor team performance and individual contributions to meet and exceed operational expectations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous enhancements.
- Ensure the pharmacy space is efficiently utilized through optimal layout setup.
- Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures for seamless workflow.
- Comply with all warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations.
- Manage stock control and perform reconciliations with data storage systems.
- Coordinate logistics with suppliers and transportation companies.
- Plan work rotations, delegate tasks, and assess results.
- Generate regular reports and statistics on operational performance.
- Maintain all required licenses and training as dictated by company, state, and federal regulations.
- Keep current with necessary certifications to operate fulfillment equipment (forklifts, automation, etc.).
- Act as a trusted resource and leader for the entire team.
- Take on advanced projects as directed by site leadership.

Required Qualifications :
1+ years of experience in a production environment.Intermediate computer skills.Ability to work on-site at 6860 W 115th St. Suite 600 Overland Park, KS 66211, Monday through Thursday from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm and Friday from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm, with flexibility for occasional overtime and weekends as needed.Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks.Preferred Qualifications :
Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in Kansas.National Pharmacy Technician Certification.1+ years of supervisory experience.1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.Previous experience in a mail order setting.Soft Skills :
Strong organizational skills with a focus on workload management and achieving production and quality goals.Experience driving continuous improvement and change within organizations.Proven ability to generate results through effective performance management.A collaborative mindset that fosters recognition, inclusiveness, and diversity.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong teamwork abilities.Compensation is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and a 401k contribution. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws.
