Overview :

Emerald is seeking a results-driven Senior Director, Digital Marketing Services with proven experience developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies including : lead generation, sponsored content including but not limited to webinars and custom content, programmatic and display advertising, paid social, targeted e-mail, along with cross-functional experience in social media management, marketing and / or branding.

Exceptional communication skills, incredible attention to detail and a can-do attitude are essential for success in this role.

This position can be performed from any of our US-based offices (San Juan Capistrano, New York City, Alpharetta, GA), 4 days a week.

Responsibilities :

• Lead an internal support team providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
• Responsible for the onboarding process for ad ops deliverables (Display, lead gen, webinars, etc), including customer needs assessment, process design and development, and creation of instructions and tools ensuring seamless integration onto our delivery teams and existing workflow.
• Monitor and validate deliverable integrity on an ongoing basis, ensuring high-quality output meets client expectations.
• Identify process issues and create tools and technology solutions that will enable your team to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Act as an escalation point for potential challenges or delivery issues, proposing solutions as needed.
• Deliver regular status updates and reports to internal teams, clients, and account management, highlighting campaign progress and addressing any outstanding deliverables or issues.
• Work with sales leads to train sales associates on new advertising programs and platforms.

Qualifications :

• Superior analytical & communications skills must be able to understand complex problems and articulate logical, defensible solutions.
• Fulfill and assist with paid social, paid search, and / or social media plans, as well as other digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with social platforms, marketing automation tools, display advertising, lead generation execution, data reporting tools.
• Assist in developing, coordinating, producing, editing, proofing, and delivering digital content and marketing materials.
• Develop success metrics and measure / analyze campaign results in order to demonstrate success.
• Experience using Hubspot, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress, On24, Microsoft Suite.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :

Target Compensation : $120,000-130,000 (Bonus Eligible)

Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
