Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for recruitment administration focused on attracting and efficiently hiring qualified and competent seasoned candidates.
This on-site position will develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment plan in collaboration with leadership and in alignment with the HR strategic plan.
Specific responsibilities include the development / implementation of recruitment plans, position advertising and marketing, screening and interview guides, applicant interviews and correspondence;
relationship building and adherence to federal and state employment laws.
Specific Responsibilities :
- Assist in determining staffing needs.
- Source candidates on social networks, professional and niche platforms.
- Advertise positions internally / externally and utilize associations, magazines and journals as needed.
- Review applications to identify high-potential candidates.
- Hiring manager liaison / partner to understand positions expectations.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time to fill, source of hire)
- Create and execute job offer templates.
- Foster long-term relationships with applicants in the pool and potential candidates
- Create relationships with hiring managers and executive leadership.
- Seek opportunities to enhance the employer brand and maintain competitiveness in the market.
- Assess and implement best practices in the hiring process.
- Develop short- and long-term recruitment strategies to find, attract, grow and retain top talent in the industry.
- Collaborate with HR team members and leadership to assist in creating and building an exceptional employee experience.
- Identify events, conferences, communities, networks to attend to build relationships with candidates.
- Work with compensation to ensure new hire offers are within the appropriate compensation structure.
- Execute leadership training with HR business partners as needed on all talent management matters.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Human Resources required.
- Minimum of 1 3 years of progressive related experience in talent acquisition to include candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation.
- Strong technology focus with applicant tracking systems, resume databases and job boards with orientation to automate processes wherever possible.
- Excellent business acumen, strong strategic planning, financial, numerical, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to create, implement, market, measure and evaluate recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrated history of working as a team member in a cross functional business environment and the ability to form relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and project management skills are a must.
- Advanced MS Excel experience
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be well organized, able to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and follow through on commitments.
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a higher education environment. Physical Demands Minimal physical demands in an office environment
