Primaryresponsibilities include but are not limitedto :

Diagnose causeof any malfunction and performrepair.

Communicate withparts department to obtain neededparts.

Save and tagparts if the job is under warranty or if requested by thecustomer.

Examine thevehicle to determine if additional safety or service work isrequired

Notify serviceadvisor immediately if additional work outlined is not needed orrequired.

Notify serviceadvisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the timepromised.

Document workperformed.

Understand andfollow federal state and local regulations such as those governingthe disposal of hazardouswastes.

Must follow allcompany safety policies and procedures and immediately report anyand all accidents to a manager orsupervisor.
