Qualifications you'll bring :
BA / BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related-field.
Equivalent amount of education and directly related experience may be considered.
3 - 5 years' experience in Corporate Communications and / or Marketing. Equivalent amount of education and directly related experience may be considered.
Relevant experience in the health insurance or health care industry strongly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office software : Word / Outlook / PowerPoint / Excel.
Demonstrated ability to create copy, review, and edit for digital and print media materials.
Ability to be consultative and build consensus on initiatives.

Your key responsibilities :
- Develop integrated marketing plans
- Manage annual advertising campaigns
- Support internal Sales teams on collateral needs
- Actively identify and implement new marketing and communications tactics using different mediums to achieve business objectives
- Manage the flow of work to ensure it is completed on time and within budget
- Maintain communication and brand standards
- Provide analysis and reporting as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
