Qualifications :
Education / Certification :
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university
- Valid Texas Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education (Early Childhood) with required bilingual endorsement or a valid letter of eligibility from an Alternative Certification Program
- Demonstrated competency in the content area : 2nd - 5th grade Bilingual
Special Knowledge / Skills :
- Knowledge of content / grade level assigned
- Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience :
- Teaching experience in an accredited school or approved internship
