Job Description

  • Escape Management : Coordinate escape management to identify root causes and implement corrective / preventive actions.
  • Problem Resolution : Facilitate and coach cross-functional teams for problem resolution and high-impact issues.
  • Collaboration : Maintain cooperative relationships with departments, customers, and suppliers, leveraging problem-solving across the enterprise.
  • RMA Coordination : Track and manage RMAs to completion.
  • Quality Metrics : Provide quality metrics to management and oversee improvement programs.
  • Continuous Improvement : Drive improvements using data and KPIs.
  • Technical Support : Support and collaborate with the operations team.
  • Issue Investigation : Analyze hardware / assembly concerns to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Communication : Communicate part status across departments.
  • MRB Processing : Process MRB parts under review.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficient in RCCA tools and systemic RCCA.
  • Skilled in interpreting engineering data and drawings.
  • Experienced in managing Quality Management Systems and using MRP / ERP / SAP systems.
  • Resilient in challenging situations, focused on results.
  • Effective with all management levels, customers, and government agencies.
  • Knowledgeable in aerospace quality standards (AS9100, AS9102, ISO).
  • citizenship required for government contracts.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred.
