Position Overview :
Job Title : Short Term Memory Support Aid and Companion for adult client
Location : Concord, Massachusetts (with other future opportunities in surrounding areas)
Compensation : Starting at $19 per hour
Employment Type : Part-time
Schedule : Monday Mornings approximately 9 AM to 1 PM. Other shifts may also become available if desired.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide short term memory support to adult client in their home
- Engage in meaningful social interactions to promote emotional well-being.
- Follow care plans to meet the specific client needs and preferences
- Provide transportation and company for short local errands and appointments
