Financial Institution is seeking a Salesforcr Engineering Lead. Someone who has DEEP experince with Salesforce. This is a contract to hire role and is 100% REMOTE.
- Technical design : Collaborating with the Product Owner, IT Solution Manager, and IT Solution Architect on technical designs
- Solution development : Developing custom solutions that address customer needs and leverage the Salesforce platform
- Deployment coordination : Planning and executing deployment activities on the Salesforce platform
- Technical documentation : Producing requirements documentation, system plans, and technical solution documentation
- Program maintenance : Encoding, testing, debugging, and maintaining programs and applications
- Communication : Communicating status and open issues to development teams and leads, and collaborating on coding standards
- Best practices : Applying best practices and technical / business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions
